The image showcases two custom-made ATEX-rated screw feeders we designed and manufactured for an environmental company based in Europe. The client approached us, requiring two feeders, one for handling Sodium bicarbonate and the other for feeding Calcium nitrate into their existing system.

Both screw feeders had 100L extension hoppers to ensure a continuous supply of materials, reducing the need for frequent refills and featuring contra-rotating agitators, which provide a robust solution for maintaining material consistency and preventing blockages within the feeder.

They also were equipped with ATEX-rated motors to comply with stringent safety standards and operate safely in a potentially explosive atmospheres and where supplied with a beadblasted smooth surface finish.
